Mike Crahan joined Caldwell Companies in 2021 as Manager of Master Planned Communities Operations. In this role, Mike is responsible for the operations and general management of our master planned residential associations. His experience in residential management will be an asset implementing strategic leadership and vision to ensure communities are providing an exceptional experience for its residents. Mike will oversee the management for residential budgets, financials, proposals, contracts, and handle homeowner concerns as a director on the residential boards.

Prior to joining Caldwell Companies, Mike was the Community Manager for over four years at Towne Lake, a Caldwell Community. Mike brings several years of management knowledge to Caldwell Companies, including experience in managing townhomes, commercial, high rises, and large-scale community associations.  Previously Mike has worked as a project manager in land development and has country club management experience. Mike’s continuing education incudes AMS- Association Management Specialist, CMCA-Certified Manager of Community Associations, and a Member of Greater Houston Chapter Community Associations.     

When Mike is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and spoiling his grandkids. DYI projects keep him busy on the weekends and he also volunteers his time at Houston Habitat for Humanity building homes. Mike recently picked up pickle ball as a new sport. Aside from volunteering and sports, Mike’s true passion in life is continually growing in his faith and building family relationships.
