Andrew DeVries joined Caldwell Companies in 2021 as a financial analyst. In this role, Andrew is responsible for the due diligence process and underwriting the financial feasibility and development viability of potential investment opportunities in order to grow Caldwell’s commercial and residential portfolios

Andrew graduated from Texas A&M University, earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2019 and received his Master of Real Estate in 2020. Prior to joining Caldwell Companies, Andrew interned for NorthMarq Capital’s Houston office as a Production Analyst where he conducted annual servicing reports and economic analysis on a multi-billion dollar loan portfolio. Additionally, Andrew interned at VMG Health’s Dallas office as a Real Estate Valuation Analyst where he contributed to several engagements including appraisal reports, market analysis, and due diligence.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys anything sports related, particularly Aggie football and Spurs basketball. Andrew also enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and trying to improve his golf game.
