Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative for Caldwell Homes, you will represent our brand in the marketplace by fostering a positive environment for customers, prospects and the Team. You will also promote effective and timely communication with sales, construction and vendor partners and support an empathetic approach to customer service. This role requires you to be a proactive problem solver who is engaged with vendor partners to ensure that we provide outstanding customer service to our Homeowners.

Responsibilities  

  • Effectively communicate with homeowners to resolve warranty claims
  • Follow up and complete warranty items with a high sense of urgency
  • Coordinate warranty service appointments with Vendor/Homeowner
  • Track warranty dollar budget 
  • Update warranty Tracker
  • Issue Warranty PO’s
  • Perform Quality Assurance inspections on homes.
  • Perform Touch point meetings with new homebuyers.
  • Communicate customer concerns to Sales and Construction Teams
  • Track and report recurring quality and product issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Construction Management or related field of study
  • Willingness and ability to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Demonstrated success in previous positions related to the service industry.
  • Ability to understand our products and service and articulate effectively to vendor partners 
  • Ability to understand sequencing of work and the ability to manage through execution issues during warranty work
  • Ability to understand and work with diverse vendor partner base on budgeting, scheduling, safety and production execution
  • Passion for safety and the ability to engage vendor partners to ensure a safe production site
  • Ability to work with Vendor partners on a timely basis to resolve cost and service issues
