Tim Mayo joins Caldwell Companies as the Vice President of Operations for Caldwell Homes. In his role, he will oversee Construction, Customer Service, Purchasing and Sales. Tim brings 35 years of operational excellence to the team. Prior to joining the Caldwell Team, Tim was Vice President of Operations at Meritage Homes for seven years, Vice President of Operations at KB Home for eleven years and has held positions at Pulte Homes ranging from Assistant Construction Manager to Director of Construction for over 18 years.

He attended college at Texas State University in San Marcos Texas with a focus on Marine Biology. Tim and his wife Phyllis reside in Richmond Texas and have two sons, Ryan and Weston. In their free time they enjoy gathering with family and friends, exercising, hiking and travel not to mention good food. Tim enjoys hunting and fishing as well. Tim and Phyllis current attend the Parkway Fellowship Church in Richmond Texas.
