Richard Pavlasek joins Caldwell Companies as the Golf Course Superintendent and Landscape General Manager for Chambers Creek . Richard has over 28 years of experience in golf course management experience with golf management companies such as Club Corp at several properties including Canyon Creek Country Club and Brookhaven Country Club in the Dallas metroplex area and Gainey Ranch Golf Club in Scottsdale, AZ; and independently-owned golf courses such as Westhaven Golf Club in Franklin, TN. He also has 15+ years managing large-scale landscape operations at both high-end residential golf communities as well as large commercial properties. He maintains his certification as a Certified Golf Course Superintendent by the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America. Richard is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a proud graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Agronomy. Richard enjoys spending time with his wife, Darby, his two daughters, Stephanie and Stacy, his son-in-law Adam and his three grandchildren. Richard is an avid golfer and loves college football – especially the Aggies!
