Matthew Salazar has been with Caldwell Companies since 2015. Matthew began working in custom home and lots sales and has now transitioned into builder sales for our residential development team. 

Prior to joining Caldwell, he worked for the Houston Astros as an account executive on their sponsorship and ticket sales team. He also has years of residential real estate sales experience.    

Matthew attended the University of Houston and obtained Texas Real Estate license. Aside from the office, Matthew enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife Abby of over ten years and his three sons Levi, Jude, and Isaac. Matthew is an active member of the Church at Cross Lake. On weekends you can find him coaching his son's sports teams or traveling and bow hunting.
