Laurie assists the company president and other executives in the day-to-day executive activities along with various organizational commitments and initiatives. Her communication skills, attention to detail and sense of urgency are instrumental to assuring quality client support and maximizing executive productivity.  

Laurie has been a part of the Caldwell Companies since 2007, and has served in many departments. Her demonstration of teamwork earned her the 2009 and 2011 Caldwell Companies “Heart Award.”

Prior to Caldwell, Laurie served as Executive Assistant in the Galena Park Independent School District (GPISD), where she earned GPISD Secretary of the Year, and the Cy-Fair Independent School District (CFISD), where she was essential in the opening of the CFISD’s Berry Center and in managing the daily operations at the multi-functional facility.

Away from Caldwell, Laurie enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband and son, Mark and Brandon. Her son Brandon is a 2012 Graduate of Texas A&M University and actively serves the Lord full time at Faith Bridge Methodist Church. Laurie and Mark are longtime members of Fairfield Baptist Church. Besides spending time with family, Laurie enjoys cooking and watching Aggie football.
