Jerry Hlozek, P.E., serves as a Project Manager for our Land Development team. He is responsible for the residential and amenities development out at Towne Lake. His experience in residential and commercial development projects will be a huge asset as Towne Lake continues to grow.

During his 15 years in the residential and commercial real estate industry, Jerry has worked for such companies as D.R Horton, LJA Engineering, Van De Wiele & Vogler and Adams Consulting Engineers. He’s been a part of the development teams at communities like Ventana Lakes, Bridges on Lake Houston and Hampton Creek.

Jerry completed his BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2000. He’s earned the Licensed Professional Engineer designation for the state of Texas.

Jerry enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters as well as watching college and professional football and doing some salt water fishing
