Jerry Daughety joined Caldwell Companies with 30 years of experience in property management. As Chief Engineer for Caldwell Companies, Jerry manages the engineering and maintenance staff, and is responsible for over 1 million square feet of office and retail properties. In addition to supervising properties, Daughety ensures all property inspection items are addressed and each building is running smoothly. Because of Jerry’s sense of urgency and quick response time, clients can conduct day to day business operations.

Jerry received his Universal Technician’s License from the Texas Engineering Service under the Texas A&M University System. He also has a Maintenance Electrical License from Independent Electrical Contractor.

When Jerry is not at work, he coaches baseball and also enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, playing softball and coaching.
