Jake joins our Development Team after having spent a few months working for Caldwell on a contract basis. He serves as a Project Manager for our residential communities, focusing on Towne Lake, Willowcreek Ranch and Del Webb Sweetgrass. Jake will assist with planning, design and construction projects and has a passion to provide his leadership to help get decisions made and a vision established.

Jake gained hands on experience as a private contractor working on various residential projects while at Talley Construction. He’s also helped lead three construction teams to Peru to construct and maintain the El Arca orphanage. He serves on the missions committee at Terra Verde Church.

Jake enjoys high adventure activities like backpacking, white water rafting and has a heart for mission work and Discipleship.
