Herb Williams joined Caldwell Companies in 2019 as a construction operations manager for Caldwell Homes. In this role, Herb oversees new home construction operations in the Houston and College Station area. Prior to joining Caldwell Companies, Herb was a project manager for Sitterle Homes and held a senior construction manager role at David Weekley Homes. Herb received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.

In his free time, Herb enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters,  working out, reading, and watching classic films.
