Heather is the Executive Assistant in our Marketing division and will play the pivotal role of assisting Jennifer Symons and our Marketing team in their day-to-day operations.  Heather is a native Texan but received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska – Kearney in Elementary Education.  While attending UNK, Heather also played on their Women’s Tennis team. 

Before starting at Caldwell, Heather taught elementary school for four years in Alief ISD and then went on to be the Women’s Ministry Assistant at Houston’s First Baptist Church for three years.  On days she’s not having fun with the Marketing team, Heather enjoys serving at church and other ministries planning events, mentoring and being on the prayer team. 

Heather and her husband, Garrett, live in Tomball where she loves cooking and restoring old furniture – if you stop by the Marketing office there’s a good chance she brought a treat to share!  She also enjoys traveling and cheering on her husband’s high school football team.
