Armando joins Caldwell Companies as a Development Manager for the Land Development team.  He is responsible for the residential and amenities development in Chambers Creek.

Armando is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer with over eight (8) years of experience in the design and construction management of multiple land development and civil engineering projects, specifically related to single family residential master planned communities within the greater Houston area and surrounding counties.  He also has extensive experience working as a Municipal Utility District (MUD) engineer & consultant.  Prior to joining the Caldwell Team, Armando worked at LJA Engineering, Inc.

Armando graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.  While attending UTSA, he was a member of the UTSA ASCE Student Chapter, and participated in the steel bridge and concrete canoe competitions. 

Armando loves spending his downtime with his wife and 3 dogs, as well as playing golf, hunting, and fishing with friends.
