Assistant Property Manager

Anthony Fernandez is currently an assistant property manager at Caldwell Companies. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day management need for Caldwell assets including The Boardwalk at Towne Lake Development. Anthony manages site inspections, work orders and vendor scheduling. 

Prior to joining Caldwell, Anthony worked for David Weekley Homes coordinating hardwood floor installs and repairs throughout the Houston and Dallas area. 

When away from the office, Anthony enjoys anything sports related. He is a supporter of the Houston Texans, Rockets and Astros. Anthony is a parishioner at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church in Houston, Texas.
