Research Associate – Brokerage Services

Angela Gonzalez has is a member of our Brokerage Team and serves as a Research Associate – Brokerage Services. In this important role, Angela will be a major contributor for our brokerage teams as she provides market research and analysis as well as location research and land analysis. She will also assist with the marketing efforts for our commercial property services division by pulling data on mailing lists and helping coordinate our email marketing. Angela has 18 years of experience in commercial real estate and for over 8 years was devoted to research duties at a large international CRE firm.

Angela holds a bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin University. She is active in CRERF (Commercial Real Estate Research Forum), is a Troop Co-Leader in Girl Scouts and serves as the Committee Chair for her son’s Cub Scout Pack.

Angela has been married for 15 years and has 8 year old twins (a boy and girl). She enjoys spending her free time in the garden or curling up with a good book.
