Albert Loera joined Caldwell Companies with 30 years of experience in property management.  As Assistant Chief Engineer for Caldwell Companies, Albert manages office and retail properties that include The Boardwalk Towne Lake and Wortham Center Drive.  Albert manages the staff at these properties to ensure maintenance and that all tenant issues are handled in a timely manner.

Albert received his Universal Technician’s License from the Texas Engineering Service under the Texas A&M University System.  He also holds a Maintenance Electricians License from The State of Texas as well as a SMA and SMT Designation through BOMA.

When Albert is not at work he enjoys spending time with his family.  He and his family have been members of Christ Redeemer Catholic Church for 16 years. Some of his hobbies include playing golf & hunting.
