The Greater Houston Business Association awarded Towne Lake three PRISM for the continued effort to ensure luxurious lakeside living. 

Towne Lake, a 2,400-acre, master-planned community in Cypress, Texas centered around the Houston area’s largest private recreational lake, won PRISM awards for “Master Planned Community of the Year”,  “Sales Information Center of the Year,” and “Landscape Design of the Year.”  Towne Lake’s 300-acre lake, the fourth largest in Houston and the centerpiece of this community “Connected by Water,” encourages residents to ski, sail, fish, tube, float and visit neighbors by boat.
