Major tenants thus far include Schlumberger, Texas A&M University, Texas Real Estate Center, and Improving Enterprises, Inc. The building is also home to several incubator companies focused on commercialization of technology applications. |
The SolutionResearch Park II was completed at more than $60 per square foot less than Texas A&M was constructing facilities at the time.
