Caldwell Companies’ new Lakeview Lofts complex offers loft living at its finest – Texas style.

Conveniently located on Barker Cypress Road – next to Caldwell Companies’ Towne Lake residential community and Lone Star Community College – Lakeview Lofts is open and ready for immediate move-in.

The Texas Hill Country-inspired complex features beautiful rustic finishes like stone pathways, native landscaping, timber-lined ceilings and wrought iron accents. Units are available in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts from 684 square feet to 1,354 square feet.

Each unit features a two-story loft design with granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, slate tile backsplash, hardwood cabinets, high-speed fiber optic internet and video, ceiling fans and light kits in every room, washer and dryer, individual alarm system and much more.

Loft residents will also enjoy two salt-water, beach-entry pools, a spacious, beautifully appointed clubhouse with two-story rock fireplace, cyber café, billiards, study, fitness center and media room, along with a host of other amenities.

“Our goal was to create the ideal environment for loft living but to do so with a definite Texas look and feel,” says Todd Johnson, Project Manager. “There’s no doubt that Lakeview Lofts is going to be a very popular place to live given the first-class amenities, the overall ambience of the property and the popular loft design of the units. Lakeview Lofts is a winner.” Lakeview Lofts was developed through a venture with Caldwell Building Company, an entity formed in partnership with Gregg Williams to build and develop Class A multi-family and student housing communities.
