The Caldwell Companies team is composed of professionals from a variety of backgrounds, spanning a broad range of real estate expertise.

We currently have six Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) on staff, plus four candidates, as well as five staff members with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. Less than 6% of Realtors nationwide hold these distinctions.

Many of our associates hold key leadership positions with chambers of commerce, including those from Cy-Fair Houston, Northwest Houston, Tomball, North Houston Greenspoint, and The Woodlands and belong to organizations such as the North Houston Association, Houston Association of Realtors, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Greater Houston Partnership, Houston Builders Association (HBA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
