Lone Star College Satellite Center - Fairbanks

The Challenge

Located in northwest Houston, Fairbanks Center is a 52,000 SF satellite classroom facility that was built in 2002 located on HWY 290 at West Little York Road. This two-story facility is fully occupied by the Lone Star College System and is located upon 6.75 acres.

The Solution

As owner, Caldwell Companies completed a turnkey development which included; Project management; Construction management; Coordination of Programming, Design and Bidding. Significant savings were achieved and timelines met using a Design Build/Bid Methodology.
