Scott Heard is a Land Listing Manager for our Commercial Land Services team. Scott uses his varied customer service background to the advantage of each customer he represents. His thorough research techniques allow him to understand each local market area and to formulate comparable property analyses to the benefit of the land owners for whom he works.

Scott earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Sam Houston State University and is a member of the SHSU alumni association. In 2000, Scott was a first round Major League draft pick for the Texas Rangers where he played four years of professional baseball. When he is away from the office, his hobbies include golfing, hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife Hailey and daughter Annie.
