Sandy Kelly is the Controller for Caldwell Companies, responsible for financial reporting and managing the day-to-day activities of the accounting department.

With 16 years of experience as a Controller for McCord Development, Inc., Sandy has gained in-depth knowledge of what it takes to handle the financial needs of a real estate company as well as manage operations in a fast-paced environment. She has her Bachelor's degree in finance from Texas A&M University. She is also involved with Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).

In her spare time Sandy enjoys reading, golfing, and family outings. She currently lives in Pearland with her husband John and her two girls Meghan and Jordan.
