As Executive Vice President of the Caldwell Companies,
Ron Roberson specializes in client representation,
industrial brokerage, property marketing and lease
analysis. He brings the firm more than 19 years
of experience in new business development. Since
joining the Caldwell Companies in 1994, Roberson has closed
over 200 transactions, for a total of more than
$150,000,000.
Roberson's drive and dedication have earned him
top producer awards in 1998-2000 and 2002-2004. Those
awards also helped him achieve the title of Broker
of the Year from the NAIOP in 2004.
He has a proven track record in meeting or exceeding
clients' industrial real estate needs. Some of Roberson's
accomplishments have been leasing Hempstead Highway
Distribution Center, Greens Crossing Business and
Technology Center and Willowbrook Business and Technology
Center. Clients include AMB Property Company, Stebbins
Circle Corporation and Praedium Group. Roberson also
represents numerous user clients in their leases and
acquisitions, such as a board member of the Cy-Fair
ISD, Southern Millwork, Pollock Paper, Central Industrial
Supply and Lone Star Overnight.
Ron is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office
Realtors (SIOR) and a Certified Commercial Investment
Member (CCIM). In addition, Roberson is an active
member of the National Association of Corporate Real
Estate Executives, the National Association of Industrial
and Office Properties and the Warehousing Education
and Research Council. Ron currently serves as Vice
President and Board of Director member for the Lettermen's
Association for Stephen F. Austin State University,
Cy-Fair Chamber of Commerce, and chairman of the Cy-Fair
Economic Development Committee. Before joining the Caldwell Companies, Roberson worked with Anixter, Inc. and The
Rockbestos Company.
Born and raised in Carthage, Texas, Roberson earned
his bachelor's degree in Geology and Business from
Stephen F. Austin State University where he was a
three-year letterman in football. He and his wife,
Susie, have two children and live in Northwest Houston.
Ron is an active member of the Champions Forest Baptist
Church where he serves as a Deacon, a choir member,
and a member of the Budget and Finance Committee.
