As Vice President of Caldwell Companies CommercialDevelopment's Leasing Team, Mary Caldwell strategically markets office and industrial properties, manages owner representation, and handles lease negotiations. She brings years of experience to this growing team. Her solid performance earned her a finalist position for the Office Rising Star Award from the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties in 2001. Caldwell's skills and assertiveness are gaining attention throughout the industry, making her one of our top producers. She has formed key relationships with clients such as J.M. Huber Corporation, Mann Berkeley Eye Center and North Harris Montgomery Community College District.

Caldwell is a member of the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce, the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Houston Partnership and the American Heart Association. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the American Heart Association. Before joining Caldwell Companies, Caldwell managed a Pappadeaux Restaurant in Northwest Houston.

A native of Houston, Caldwell lives in Northwest Houston. Outside of work, she volunteers at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
