Kent S. Puckett was a key addition to the Caldwell Companies' Residential Development team in 2006. As Vice President, Kent works closely with Division Vice President, Peter Barnhart, and Senior Manager, Randy Young, to manage the Caldwell Companies' rapidly expanding portfolio of residential projects. Kent comes to the Caldwell Companies with an impressive residential resume. As Vice President of Operations, Kent was responsible for the management of all operations for one of Houston's premiere residential developments, 7300-acre Cinco Ranch, for the past 15 years. Prior to that position he served as Vice President of Development for another notable Houston community, First Colony.

Kent served as a member of the Fort Bend County Greenspace Committee which received the 2005 T.A.C. Superior Innovation Award. He has also been active as a member of the Fort Bend County Development Advisory Committee, the West Houston Association, the Greater Houston Builders Association, and the Urban Land Institute. Kent is a Registered Engineer and Licensed Real Estate agent in the State of Texas. He earned his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Outside of work Kent enjoys sailing, backpacking and flying, and is active in his church, Memorial United Methodist, and the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
