As a Senior Associate for the Commercial Development team at Caldwell Companies, Keith focuses on the development of office, industrial, and retail projects. Keith’s primary role includes identifying market opportunities, project feasibility analysis, site acquisitions, dispositions, marketing of new development projects, and management of projects to ensure completion and stabilization.
Prior to joining the Commercial Development group, Keith worked on Caldwell Companies Commercial Client Services team where he represented many prominent clients including OYO Geospace, Ribelin Sales, Wenaas USA, Harmony Science Academy, Securitas, Muzak, and Interline Brands. In these transactions Keith focused on facility acquisitions, dispositions, lease analysis, market research, and negotiations on behalf of his clients. When joining Caldwell Companies, Keith brought experience as a territory manager with Lutron Electronics where he excelled as a top sales manager leading sales representatives across a six-state territory.
Keith graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Industrial Distribution and he is currently obtaining his MBA through the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. Keith is an active candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations.
Keith is a member of the Texas A&M Association of Former Students, the Reveille Club of Houston, as well as the Knights of Columbus organization. Keith volunteers locally with the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society. He and his wife Bridgette are members of St. Vincent de Paul church here in Houston. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and sports.
