Karen Cordes is Caldwell Companies' Residential Team's Project Manager for Rock Creek, Wimbledon Falls, and Spring Creek Ranch. Her responsibilities include implementing the construction process, serving as a liaison with homebuilders, assisting in land planning for new communities, and coordinating all contractors for the project.

Prior to joining Caldwell Companies, Karen was a Superintendent for Rockwell Homes, a custom homebuilder in the Rock Creek community. Here, she developed her skills as a coordinator, working with subcontractors to build homes. She also interacted with customers and assisted them in the enormous task of decision-making during the home building process. During her eight-year tenure with Rockwell, Karen helped build approximately 50 homes in various parts of Houston. Her experience in this arena has prepared her for the high level of customer service involved with this position.

In her spare time, Karen enjoys reading and traveling to Mexico. She also finds great joy in spending time with her family, including her four grandchildren. Karen lives in Northwest Houston with her Husband Fred and son Nick. She also has a daughter, Cori, in Michigan, a daughter Ashlee, in Houston, and a son, Christopher, in Houston.
