Andy Havel joined Caldwell Companies as a Commercial Client Service Provider where his primary responsibly is growth and development of new business for the industrial and office tenant representation team, and maintaining existing customer relationships.
He works with both new and existing clients to bring maximum value to their real estate transactions. Andy's primary role in these transactions includes assisting clients with site and facility acquisitions, dispositions, lease analysis, financial analysis, market research and negotiations.
Prior to joining Caldwell Companies, Andy most recently worked with Emerson where he excelled in new sales development. He brings multiple years of manufacturing and distribution experience and a unique knowledge of industrial clients’ requirements.
Andy graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution and an Academic Certificate in Leadership Study. As a student he participated in multiple organizations and achieved the Outstanding Service Award from the Industrial Distribution department.
Andy is an Eagle Scout, member of the Texas A&M Association of Former Students and Howdy Club of Houston, and serves as a Texas A&M Class Agent. In his spare time Andy enjoys boating, running, golf and hunting.
